The smart lock overall is fantastic. Four stars because I'd love a darker bronze finish option. Performance and build are excellent, and facial recognition works flawlessly through my glasses.

Great doule bore setup (deadbolt and latch in one) for our office doors. Biometrics entry is reliable and the build feels solid. One thing that bothers me is the system voice volume is bit low. Other than that, great product.

Strong product. Face unlock is fast and the physical key backup is reassuring. Only complaint is the app's notification settings could be more detailed, which should be an easy fix in a future update.

Sleek and well made. The Alexa integration is great. Star deducted because I wish there were more guest code customization options. Otherwise the face scan and lock action are excellent.

Replaced a Yale lock and I'm honestly happier with Ora FacePass. Face scan is snappy, the app is clean. One small gripe though, I'd love a bit more battery indicator detail, liked a detailed percentage display like your phone. Still a strong recommendation.
